Students writing more than ever, professors say, but not in traditional sense

Ashley Tarr is entering her senior year at Binghamton University. She
spends more time at the office of her college newspaper, Pipe Dream, than
she does in class or on homework. Majoring in English, Ashley hopes to get a
job as a reporter after she graduates college next spring.
