White Plains Mayor Joseph Delfino was named as this year’s College of Westchester honoree at its upcoming foundation event.

“Mayor Joseph Delfino is this year’s honoree as The College of Westchester holds its annual Charitable Foundation Event on October 28.  The Foundation’s primary purpose is to provide a vehicle to supplement grant and scholarship opportunities for current students of the college.  This year’s scholarship recipients include Sonia Crewe, Mezaun Ramjohn, Mary Magdalene Anyansi, Meira Terzian and Rumana Rahman If not for this type of foundation, many worthy students who are in need of a way to supplement their tuition costs might never be able to realize their educational goals.  For more information, visit www.cw.edu/giving.
