SWBOCES releases adult fall/winter catalog

The Southern Westchester BOCES Adult and Community Services Center has released its fall/winter catalog, which includes a multitude of adult classes available at its primary location at 85 Executive Blvd., in Elmsford, N.Y., and in communities throughout Westchester.
In response to the changing market, the Center is offering a number of in-demand courses, including its popular Practical Nursing Program, as well as classes that lead to careers as a medical assistant, certified nurse assistant, medical office manager, pharmacy technician, and air conditioning and refrigeration professional. In addition, BOCES will offer two new courses this fall, to be incorporated into its newly created Solar Energy/PV Program. Class schedules are not yet available.
The Center is also expanding its GED and ESOL offerings, with classes in Bronxville, Mamaroneck, New Rochelle, Port Chester, and Sleepy Hollow. BOCES also offers citizenship classes in satellite locations in New Rochelle, Sleepy Hollow and White Plains.
