Keeping an eye on education

RCC student orientation

Rockland Community College will be holding three student orientation sessions in August. Incoming students and their families will take a campus tour, learn about academic programs and meet the school’s faculty and representatives of student clubs. They will also receive their identification cards, activate their e-mail accounts and purchase books. The orientation sessions will begin at the Cultural Arts Theater on:

• Wednesday, August 5, 1 to 5 p.m.
• Wednesday, August 19, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, August 25, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Students can sign up at www.sunyrockland.edu/go/nso. For more information, contact Debra Belestra or Kathy Carroll at 845-574-4394.
