The Journal News has prepared a statewide database that covers 5,209 public schools, charter schools and school districts throughout the state and indicates whether they are in good standing, needing improvement or otherwise requiring academic progress.
You can search by county, district and school or by status (such as “In Good Standing.”) To find the database, click here: See what schools are on New York’s needing-improvement list.
One note: This database is fairly large, so it might take a few moments to load.
