The Westchester-Putnam School Boards Association congratulates Ms. Zugibe on her election to the New York State School Boards Association (NYSSBA) board. As the Area 10 Director to NYSSBA, Peggy Zugibe will represent Westchester, Putnam and Rockland counties at the state level. Peggy Zugibe has long been an advocate for education and children in our area, and understands our regional issues. She will represent this area well in ALbany.
