New Elmsford superintendent surveying residents

In a story that ran on Sunday, we talked with the Elmsford School District’s new superintendent, Barbara Peters. She talked about her plans for the district and also told us that she is conducting an informal survey of residents to get their input on what’s working and what’s not.
