So we know our top performing kids are doing very well. Am I reading this correctly? Our "top, top" kids are scoring at the 75th percentile on international studies - and that means we are "doing very well"? Is there a typo or a misstatement here? If not, I'd like to point out that I don't think many many parents would agree with this assessment. I certainly don't.
